OUR TEAM

TeamWorks Solutions began in 2001 as a training & consulting organization for the propane industry.  Over the years we’ve developed strong working relationships within the industry, its customers and all Regulatory Agencies having Jurisdiction.  We specialize in employee skill development for regulated work in the area of propane gas, including the safe handling, storage, and transportation of LPG fuels.

Along the way we’ve developed a keen insight into the human side of skill requirements needed to drive productive and safe work practices.  Policies, rules, directives, codes and guidelines do not give us a safe or productive workforce. It’s knowledge, training, attitudes and leadership that drive both safety and production.

This insight has been the catalyst for developing training solutions that work. We are proud of what we do by offering solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and employee skill development. Whether you’re national in scope or specialize in serving specific markets, our goal remains the same – to help you and your employees develop the skills needed to ensure a safe, productive workforce.

Kevin O’Donnell, Senior Instructor

– Certified BC Provincial Instructor
– Certified Training & Curriculum Development Professional

“With over 30 years’ experience, I’ve seen many changes in the way knowledge is transferred in the workplace.  These insights have provided us with a unique understanding of how leading industries are strategically positioning themselves to ensure their competitiveness for tomorrow.  It has been a pleasure to work with so many companies and industry professionals providing training solutions that deliver measurable results. As HR and safety professionals, you recognize that training and employee development are keys to growth and competitiveness. It has continued to be a privilege to work with you and the companies you represent over these past many years.” Kevin O’Donnell, Senior Instructor

Jenna Rowe – Occupational Health and Safety Program Specialist

“No matter what industry you work in, health and safety principles remain the same: 1) A positive safety culture starts at the top of the organization, 2) Investing in the right people and resources to build and manage an effective health and safety management system is essential, and 3) Safety is everyone’s responsibility (i.e – don’t just leave it up to your safety person).”

Jenna completed her Diploma in Technical Occupational Health and Safety at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2016.

She has been working with TeamWorks for over a decade, building upon her existing skills as the health and safety coordinator at Grouse Mountain Resort; a career which started in the Outdoor Adventure Tourism Industry. Her experience extends from ski patrolling, ski Instructing, hospitality, retail, various supervisory roles, and almost a decade working in the skydiving industry. Her passion for adventure tourism, while working and recreating in high-risk environments, has guided Jenna towards a lifelong journey in OH&S.

Although her career didn’t begin in Health and Safety, her experiences led her to understand the great need for well-managed health and safety systems, a competent workforce, and a strong workplace safety culture throughout every industry.

Eric O’Donnell – Safety Instructor & Coordinator

My passion towards occupational heath and safety is a product of having worked in certain higher risk environments for over a decade.  Experiencing both good and poorly functioning OH&S programs throughout my career gave me the tools to understand many of the unique challenges faced in the workplace.  Whether is be in the field, the shop floor or at management levels.  Everything begins with a healthy safety culture, only then can you build and maintain a healthy OH&S program.   My goal is to help create culture that ensures workers go home healthy and allowing company’s to focus on profitability.

In my young career I’ve had the privilege working along side of some of the best safety professionals in the business.  I’ve been reminded more than once:  “It’s not called a safety site it’s called a construction site, we’re here to build” or “this is not a safety mine it’s a gold mine, we’re here to produce”. That said, safety and production must work together, that’s the foundation for an effective and productive work environment.

Eric is a safety trainer and OH&S consultant with Teamworks Solutions.  With 10 years in construction and road building including 4 years as OH&S Supervisor.  Eric is in his final year of completing his Occupational Health and Safety Diploma with Simon Fraser University.
