  • This course is intended for employees operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) in the workplace. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and practical training for group type A & B MEWPs, safe operation and handling, and fall protection requirements.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of the concepts and methods as required in CSA B354 and ANSI A92 standards, manufacturers operating guidelines, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 16: Mobile Equipment and related guidelines.

    Upon successful completion of this course, a Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued and is valid for 3 years.

  • This course is intended for employees operating forklift/lift trucks in the workplace. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and practical training in machine capacity and stability factors, safe operation, loading/unloading procedures, inspections, site-specific equipment and work requirements.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of the concepts and methods as required in CSA B335 standards, manufacturers operating guidelines, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 16: Mobile Equipment and related guidelines.

    Upon successful completion of this course, a Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued and is valid for 3 years.

  • This course is intended for employees working at heights of 3 meters (10ft) or more, requiring fall protection. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and practical training in understanding types of falls & components of fall protection systems, safety & emergency rescue planning, donning & inspecting PPE, and risk management & hazard control in the workplace.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of fall protection concepts and methods as required in CSA Z259 standards, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 11: Fall Protection and related guidelines.

    Upon successful completion of this course, a Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued and is valid for 3 years.

  • This course is intended for employees working on, repairing or maintaining machinery and equipment that is required to be de-energized and locked out prior to its service, repair and safe operation.

    Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and practical training designed to help participants understand the safe operating procedures to shut down, isolate, prevent release of stored energy, and re-start equipment safely.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of lockout/de-energization concepts and methods as required in CSA Z460 standards, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 10: De-energization and Lockout and related guidelines.

    Upon successful completion of this course, a Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued and is valid for 3 years.

  • This course is an introduction to the hazards and safety precautions required to work in Non-IDLH hazardous environments. Level 1 is intended for employees working in or around a confined space hazardous area. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory to help understand, recognize, control and mitigate hazards related to working in or around a non-IDLH confined space.

    Training will verify employee understanding and management of confined space hazards, precautions and applicable regulations as stated in CSA Z1006 standards, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 9: Confined Spaces and related guidelines.

    *This course is a pre-requisite to Confined Space Entry – Level 2*

    Upon successful completion of this course, a Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued and is valid for 3 years.

  • This course is intended for all employees who enter into Non-IDLH (immediately dangerous to life or health) confined space atmospheres.

    Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and site specific training with practical introduction to confined space entry programs, hazard assessments, use and care of safety equipment, entry procedures, and rescue plans required for confined space entry.

    This course will verify employee understanding and management of confined space hazards, precautions and applicable regulations as stated in CSA Z1006 standards, and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 9: Confined Spaces and related guidelines.

  • This course is intended for all workplaces in British Columbia. It is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, identify, and respond to fire emergencies in the workplace. This course will cover essential fire safety principles, evacuation procedures, and fire prevention measures, including the proper use of fire extinguishers. Through theoretical instruction, visual demonstrations, and exercises, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of fire safety and contribute to a safer work environment.

  • This course is intended for all employees working with hazardous products in the workplace. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory and education in elements of the WHMIS program, identifying and controlling hazardous substances, safety data sheets & labelling, procedures of storage, handling and disposal and emergency response.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of the concepts and methods as required in WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 5: Chemical Agents and Biological Agents and related guidelines.

  • This course is intended for employees who handle, offer for transport or transport dangerous goods. Participants will be provided with comprehensive theory in the classification of dangerous goods, documentation regulations, means of containment, forbidden goods, safety marks, exemptions/special provisions, as well as, procedures in the event of an emergency involving dangerous goods.

    This course will verify employee understanding and demonstration of the concepts and methods as required Transport Canada TDG Regulations and Standards, and related WorkSafeBC legislation.
