Since 2001 TeamWorks Solutions has provided training & consulting services to many industries throughout British Columbia and across Canada. 

Over the years, we’ve developed strong working relationships with industry and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.  We specialize in safety and skills development, including certification of regulated work within the LPG industry.

Along the way, we’ve developed a keen insight into the human side of skill requirements needed to drive production and safe work practices.  We all know implementing codes, policies, and directives, or even the threat of fines, DOES NOT produce a safer (or more productive) workforce. Leadership, training, and effective supervision are what drive safety and productivity.

This insight has been the catalyst for developing training solutions that work.

    Kevin is a Senior Instructor and curriculum developer with the Propane Training Alliance for Western Canada. With over 40 years as a propane professional, business owner and employer, Kevin understands the challenge of managing your business from a regulatory and worker competency perspective. With his expertise, he is committed to assisting you in efficiently navigating through the narrow road of regulatory compliance.

Eric O'Donnell

Instructor & OHS Safety Consultant

Eric has been an industrial safety trainer and OH&S consultant since 2017. He joined TeamWorks with 10 years of experience in construction and road building, including 4 years as a Health and Safety Supervisor. Eric completed his Occupational Health and Safety Certificate at Simon Fraser University in January 2022.

“My passion for health and safety is a product of having worked in certain high-risk environments for over a decade. Experiencing both effective and poorly functioning Safety Management Systems throughout my career has given me the tools I need to understand many of the unique challenges faced in the workplace.  Whether working in the field, on the shop floor, or within the management levels, everything begins with a healthy safety culture from the top down.  My goal is to help create a positive culture that ensures workers go home at the end of the day and allow the company to do what they do best.”

Jenna Rowe

Health & Safety Program Coordinator

  • Diploma in Technical Occupational Health and Safety, BCIT

Jenna completed her Diploma in Technical Occupational Health and Safety at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2016.

Working with TeamWorks for over a decade, she has a passion for problem-solving and helping her clients develop a practical-based safety culture. Jenna uses a common sense approach to navigating her clients needs within the complex Occupational Health and Safety environment.
